Archaeological Museum Chania
Housed in the former Venetian church of San Francesco, this small museum is well-worth visiting as it houses objects from the Neolithic and Minoan to late Roman periods found in the prefecture of Chania.

Nautical Museum Chania
For the avid sea goers who love anything nautical, the nautical museum of Chania located at the north-east end of the Venetian harbor offers viewers an array of nautical memorabilia and artifacts through the Greek shipping ages.
